We created this guide to aid Local Authority Partners in delivering the communications requirements of the Scottish Government’s Recycling Code of Practice. This toolkit contains a suite of campaign messages which have been tested for resonance and understanding with a sample of Scottish householders to encourage participation and capture themes around social norms, personal responsibility, financial information and thank you/feedback.
